OPAWL’s next statewide general membership meeting is on Monday, April 5 at 6:30-8:30pm EST!
These regular meetings are a place where current and interested OPAWL members connect with each other, stay up-to-date on what’s happened and what’s happening in OPAWL, and share ideas and input on activities.
In our next meeting, we’ll come together and share important updates on OPAWL’s rapid response activities after the Atlanta tragedy, as well as updates about our organizational structure. We’ll also debrief from the Value Our Families virtual week of action and talk about how OPAWL members can keep supporting the movement for immigrant justice.
If you’re an AAPI woman or nonbinary/trans person interested in playing an active role in co-creating OPAWL’s culture and future activities, initiatives or events, you should attend. We hope you’ll join us!

We are committed to making our events accessible and can provide ASL interpretation when requested in advance. Please send any accessibility needs or other questions to info@opawl.org.
Note: We define “AAPI” as including those of South Asian, Southeast Asian, East Asian, Central Asian, Southwest/West Asian, Pacific Islander, and Native Hawaiian descent, regardless of immigration status and inclusive of mixed race individuals and transracial adoptees.
